If you’re looking for an easy end of the year student gift, then you’re in the right place!
The end of the school year is always really bittersweet. While, I’m ready for the freedom of summer, and bathroom privileges, it’s always a little hard to say goodbye to my students. On the last day of school, I like to give my kiddos an easy end of the year gift that I know they’ll enjoy for summer.
It’s kind of like a little “graduation” gift to send them on into summer, and the next grade.
Throughout this post, you’ll find Amazon Affiliate links. This means I receive a small commission if you purchase something through that link, at no extra cost to you, that helps keep my blog running and helps fund giveaways!
I think a small gift to give students is a great way to end the year on a positive note.
But here’s the thing, I don’t have time at the end of the year (or any other time for that matter) to make or find an elaborate or time-consuming gift for students.
I need an easy end of the year student gift that won’t break the bank, and that I know my students will enjoy.
In the past, I’ve done books, bubbles, water bottles, and goodie bags, but sunglasses have been a favorite of mine for the last couple of years.
Sunglasses are an easy, inexpensive end of the year gift for my students, and nothing says summer (or January) in Florida like sunglasses!
I got some neon sunglasses on Amazon (you can find them HERE). #amazonprimeforthewin
So of course that meant I needed a cute tag to join them!
Materials for Easy End of the Year Student Gift
- Printable Gift Tag
- Sunglasses (about $9 on Amazon)
- Yarn/String/Ribbon
I printed the gift tags on card stock to make them a big sturdier, but I didn’t waste time laminating – there’s no need.
